This series is uniquely designed to support the mom to be and new moms through the practice of yoga. Each class will emphasize the importance of deep breathing, balance, core strength, restorative poses, and pelvic floor work. You will be empowered to create the practice that fits your body's needs. Props, variations, and hands on assists will be given to make the power yoga practice adaptable to your changing body and give you the ability to continue your practice throughout your pregnancy & get back into it with ease and grace after your baby is born.
