How should I best prepare for class before I arrive?
Hydrate well throughout the day prior to practicing, and after class. Eat light and allow ample time between eating and practicing to ensure your body has time to digest prior to class.
What should I should wear to class?
Athletic, moisture-wicking clothing is recommended – you will sweat!
What do I need to bring with me to class?
A yoga mat, a mat towel and bottle of water.
I forgot my stuff or don't own any. Do you rent mats and towels?
Yes! We rent mats, towels, and have water for purchase
Where do I park?
The gravel lot next to the studio is a paid lot. Select Shakti and enter coupon code 2017 to park for $1 for 90 minutes. There is also plenty of street parking in the neighborhood and you can park directly behind the studio for free.
How early should I arrive to class?
Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins. If you are a new student, please arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins and check in at the front desk where someone from our team will be there to welcome you, meet you and help you complete new student paperwork.
What if I signed up for a class and I can’t make it or don’t show?
We understand that life happens and sometimes you can’t make it to a class you signed up for. Please cancel your reservation through the same method that you signed up for class (Mindbody). There is no charge to cancel your reservation and we appreciate you canceling your reservation so that we can give the spot to another student. If you do not cancel your reservation and don’t show to class, there is a no-show fee in the full amount of the class or the loss of one (1) class from your numbered class pack.

Class details can be found here. Expect to be welcomed by an experienced team of teachers and leaders. We do our best to lead powerful classes that leave you feeling complete and connected to yourself and others.
I left something at the studio, how do I get it back?
Please come to the studio 30 minutes before or after a class when doors are open to search through our Lost & Found. Items left for longer than 3 months will be donated to Goodwill.
What is your refund policy for packages and workshops?
All packages and workshops are non-refundable.
Have prices changed?
Starting August 1, 2018, sales tax policies have changed for group fitness classes in Tennessee. You will notice that there is now an additional 9.25% added on to all class packages and workshops. Thank you for your understanding!
