Shakti Power Flow
These heated classes are inspired to ignite Shakti, the pure, boundless, creative energy within in each of us. The power vinyasa yoga is an invigorating, healing, detoxifying flow that links movement of the body with the power of the breath. Each class is a unique experience rooted in the foundation of power yoga. Classes available to all levels and experiences with modifications and variations of the poses and themes. The practice builds strength, improves flexibility, magnifies your body’s energy, and calms your mind by focusing on the present moment and breath. We heat the space with infrared panels that have many benefits including detoxification, pain relief, a softening of the muscles that protects from injury, and many more.

Shiva Vinyasa
These non heated classes are designed to inspire Shiva, the peaceful, strong and spacious energy within each of us. They focus on connecting your breath to your movement and offer a variety of postures. Designed for all levels. Students will have the opportunity for movement, meditation, and relaxation.
Restorative Yoga
This non heated restorative class with long holds complements our Power Flow practice by relieving soreness and accumulated stress, improving posture and awareness of breath, and lengthening specific muscles in order to create deep rest. This class offers a nourishing, opening practice that incorporates props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to facilitate healing, the release of tight muscles and relaxation.
Hot Core & Sculpt
This 45 minute class is challenging and beneficial for the body, mind and heart. It is a fun energetic heated class that combines elements of yoga, cardio exercises, deep core work, and muscle sculpting using weights and bands. If you like a good sweat and enjoy a light hearted class filled with upbeat music, this class is for you! It will leave you feeling energized and ready for the rest of your day. This class is hot - temp at 90. Be sure to hydrate and nourish yourself!
Yin + Sound
This 75-minute class blends the stillness of Yin Yoga with the healing vibrations of sound. Postures are held for several minutes to soften the muscles, reach deeper connective tissues, and release tension in areas like the hips, spine, and shoulders.Yin also supports the flow of energy through the body, helping to balance the nervous system and cultivate inner steadiness. Singing bowls are played throughout the class to deepen the meditative quality of the practice.Class closes with an extended sound bath to soothe the mind, clear energetic blockages, and guide you into deep rest.
Suitable for all levels and a perfect complement to more active practices or simply as a pause at the end of a busy week!
Candlelight Slow Flow
Wind down your evening with a heated slow flow designed to balance strength and grounding. This breath-led class moves at a slower pace, giving you space to refine alignment, deepen into each shape, and stay present in your body. With longer warm-ups, fluid transitions, and steady holds, you’ll find the sweet spot between ease and effort—building strength and flexibility while supporting nervous system regulation without rushing. The glow of candlelight creates an atmosphere of presence and relaxation as you close out your day. Come breathe, move, and reset into the night - we'll see you on your mat soon!
Kids Yoga
This unheated class is designed to help create empowered and resilient children through the mindful practice of yoga.
Not only will children learn yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation; they will also learn about themselves and how they are a contribution.
