We'll move through skills + drills for wrists, shoulders and core, as well as mini flows to integrate concepts through play. Learn valuable techniques to unlock tricky entries into the classic L shape handstand, as well as tuck + straddle, and train front-body compression necessary for a controlled exit strategy.
