Pack your bags and get ready for the retreat of a lifetime! Join Lauren & Kelly for Paradise in Panama! This is our 10th international retreat…and this time we’re going to the beautiful Bocas Del Toro in Panama! 

This week will include daily meditation, power yoga practices, restorative classes, and a whole lot of fun.

All levels are welcome on Shakti retreats and it’s a wonderful way to learn, grow and explore your yoga practice. 

Throughout the week you will have plenty of time to rest, play and tap into the beauty and culture of your surroundings. Enjoy swimming in the Caribbean Sea (located right outside your over-water bungalow), walking the beautiful coastline, exploring nearby islands, and eating deliciously prepared local cuisine. Participate in excursions like island-hopping on a boat, snorkeling in the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean, deep-sea fishing, exploring the land via ATV, or taking a boat trip through the surrounding mangroves to spot sloths, toucans, and monkeys! Or take time to relax with a massage and read in a hammock with an ocean view. 

A DAY IN PARADISE:

Each day can be a new adventure. You can rise with the sun or sleep in! We offer meditation and an energizing yoga class in the morning ( not too early) and most evenings have a restorative or special class before dinner.  Yoga will take place in an oceanfront bungalow-style studio. Following yoga and breakfast, there will be plenty of free time to explore or relax. Lunch and dinner are provided daily in the on-site restaurant. You are also welcome to explore the food on the surrounding islands whenever you’d like. We often partake in special ceremonies and yoga practices that are part of the culture of the area and are always a special treat.    

Retreats are one of our favorite ways to connect, make new friendships, nourish the mind, body, and soul, AND have wonderful new adventures.
