The challenge is to practice yoga and meditate 21 days in the month of February, kicking off February 1st! This is a great way to keep the momentum going in the new year and also be in a community environment that provides accountability, connection and fun!

Your Commitment:
- Minimum 5 minutes of meditation a day - you choose when and where
- Practice yoga 21 times with Shakti in studio or online.
- Use weekly journal prompts to discover something new and uncover new ways to love yourself and others
- ADDED BONUS! Share your LOVE: Write a love note, email, or card each week to someone new
- Mark the sticker chart after practice in studio -very satisfying!
