Desikachar says, “If you want to know whether your yoga practice is working don’t look to see if you are just able to sweat more in a class, or do another complicated pose, look to your life – look at your relationship with your emotions, psyche and that of your loved ones.”
Jess has been practicing yoga and mindfulness for 6.5 years. She has been trained in 200 hours of power yoga, 300 hours of the foundations of yoga therapy and 150 hours of Hatha yoga.
