We’re gathering for a women’s retreat in the Pacific Northwest for a rejuvenating, grounding, and deeply connective experience on Whidbey Island, Washington, just a short ferry ride from Seattle and home to the charming seaside town where Practical Magic was filmed.
Set at a serene retreat center surrounded by lush forest, ocean air, and wildflower gardens, this retreat is an invitation for women to step out of the pace of daily life and into a week of presence, support, and shared experience. Together, we’ll slow down, reconnect with ourselves and one another, and return home feeling nourished and inspired.
Each day will include twice-daily yoga practices led by Jessica and Brooke, blending energizing vinyasa flows with deeply restful yin and restorative classes. Our time together is designed to support the rhythms of the body and nervous system - balancing movement, rest, creativity, and spaciousness.
You’ll be nourished with locally sourced, delicious meals and have ample time to enjoy Whidbey’s natural beauty through guided hikes, creative workshops, quiet meditation, and unstructured time for reflection. In the spirit of community, we’ll gather for a whale-watching adventure and share a special farm-to-table dining experience at a local gourmet restaurant, savoring the flavors of the Pacific Northwest.
Whether you’re wandering the island’s scenic coastline, enjoying a slow morning coffee among the evergreens, or rolling out your mat alongside other women, this retreat offers space to breathe deeply, soften, and reconnect with the simple joy of being, together.

Who is this for?
This retreat is for women who are craving space in the midst of a busy season to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect, both with themselves and with one another.
It’s for the woman who wants to step away from the noise of daily life and into a week of presence, nature, movement, and meaningful connection. For the woman who loves yoga and meditation, or who is simply curious and open to exploring these practices in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
This retreat is especially for celebrating friendship. Come with a close friend, a sister, a mother, or someone you want to deepen connection with. There is something uniquely powerful about sharing this experience side by side - moving, resting, laughing, reflecting, and creating memories together. Jessica and Brooke believe that there is a special kind of magic that happens when women gather with intention, and this week is designed to honor that. And if you’re coming solo, you are just as welcome here! Many women join these experiences on their own and leave with new friendships, feeling held by the warmth of community that naturally unfolds when women come together in a shared experience.
Whether you’re navigating a season of transition, seeking rest and inspiration, or simply wanting to spend intentional time with women who value growth, connection, and presence, this retreat offers space for exactly that, and we’d love to have you there!
