We will explore where you are seeking externally from yourself for validation and fulfillment and how it has held you back from your power. We will dive in and experience the magic that each of holds within and how all we truly seek lives in our heart - it is not outside of ourselves. We will seal in the transformation with breathwork that will leave them with an ignited fire and embodied self trust.
It intentionally falls on 8/8, the Lionsgate portal, the perfect time to create freedom and express from this space! We will spend time in meditation, journaling, sharing and finish in breathwork!
Emily is an Intuitive Healer and Embodiment Guide and has been teaching at Shakti Power Yoga for about 2 years. She is 500HR certified and trained in breathwork facilitation and energy work. Ever since she was little, she was a seeker of the unseen. She spent a majority of her childhood feeling everything all the time, and was left in the experience of being misunderstood often. She always had the call to dive deep in self-exploration and began more training around belief work in January 2016, falling in love with the alchemy of the work she experienced not only in herself, but also in those around her. She now works with individuals to open their heart, clear the blocks, and find their way back to themselves. Their ultimate truth. She guides her clients to the remembrance of their inherent power as a human, as an infinite creator. She serves in a way that’s both accessible and boundless. Her mission is to guide others in believing that they can do the impossible - that even the hardest, deepest suffering can be transmuted into light.
