Our focus is powerful AND this month we will put our attention on loving ourselves and others well and how to stay open. Through daily yoga practice, meditation and journaling exercises we will give our minds, bodies and hearts more love and put into action ways we can give and receive love with others.
The challenge is to practice yoga and meditate 21 days in the month of February. This is a great way to stay committed to yourself and practice and be in a community environment that provides accountability, connection and fun!
Anyone who completes the challenge will a get a Special Practice Love Shakti Sweatshirt!

Practice yoga 21 times with Shakti in studio or online. Mark the sticker chart after practice -very satisfying ❤️
Use weekly journal prompts to discover something new and uncover new ways to love yourself and others
ADDED BONUS! Share your LOVE: Write a love note, email, or card each week to someone new.
