This musical mediation sound bath is designed to heighten your inner observer. This session will guide you as you move between big-picture awareness and deep inner insight. When we are able to observe ourselves we become available to wake up from the dream and live an awakened life. It’s an opportunity to relax and receive. The session starts with some short meditation kriyas and then will be laying down. Please dress comfortably and bring any extra props you might need.
