A 75 minute practice that combines the benefits of yoga and journaling. In this practice we will create space for movement, meditation and journaling. When you blend yoga and journaling together, it can not only deepen your yoga practice but also your understanding of who you are. Journaling and yoga help us to peel back the layers of the mind, deconstruct our mind chatter and the ego and create a deeper connection with our true self.
