Inversions are an exciting and important element of any yoga practice. We know from our own experience that inversions can bring up fear, anxiety, and confusion, AND they are also invigorating and so beneficial for the rejuvenation of our bodies! In this workshop, Kelly & Lauren will break down the basics of headstand, shoulder stand, forearm stand, and handstand. Our intention is to leave you feeling empowered to practice inversions with greater confidence in your yoga practice.
