Jen is a hatha vinyasa teacher who draws inspiration from her personal Ashtanga yoga practice to craft alignment and breath focused flows that challenge the mind and body. She has explored a variety of yoga styles for the last 10 years and has learned that balanced effort and introspection on the mat, leads to ease and compassion in life. You can expect choices to level up or level down throughout class, so come as you are. Jen is obsessed with her mini poodle, the arts, cheering people on, and finding the best pizza in Nashville.
