An exploration of the five inner elements,
the divine feminine,
and transforming emotions into wisdom.
Equipoise means a balance of forces. Imagine a world where all living beings were in a state of equipoise. There would be less conflict within ourselves and less conflict with others. Mental and physical health would dominate our world rather than the predominant illnesses we see in our world today.
This five session program will invoke and explore the five elements of Space, Water, Earth, Fire, and Air as taught in the ancient, sacred texts of Tibet. The elements are associated with five emotions that can be transformed into wisdom by applying techniques with awareness and consistency. The five sessions will incorporate meditation, reciting sacred syllables, yoga asana associated with each element, and journaling with words and illustrations.
We will gather every other Sunday from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Items to bring with you: An unlined journal or art tablet, colored pens or pencils or crayons, and your favorite sitting cushion or zafu. Blankets for sitting are provided.
Presented by Diane Avice du Buisson. What is being shared with this workshop is the fruition of 40 years of yoga with meditation practices and 30 years of receiving and implementing Tibetan Buddhist teachings. I only now realize what it is to be an elder and steward of this earth and how to actualize life experiences to benefit the beings that inhabit it.
