In this workshop, we will help you establish a daily meditation practice, bring more mindfulness to your yoga practice, and enhance your mindfulness in your everyday life.
The benefits of mindfulness and meditation are well-researched and have been embodied for thousands of years. By focusing on your breath, you can enhance your mental focus, improve your emotional health and your physical health, and be your authentic, radiant self.
Join Adrian Larbi-Cherif as he offers knowledge and information from a piece of his practice he is most passionate about. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat (or rent one) as we will do some movement in this workshop.
