Brooke Rosolino is founder/creator of CraveWell.org
Brooke is a fitness Nutrition Specialist, lives in Nashville, TN and has been immersed in the wellness industry for the past 8 years. She started as a personal trainer, quickly grew interested in health eating, and soon obtained her nutrition certification. She then worked as a nutritionist at a home for troubled girls in the years to follow, many of them suffering with severe eating disorders.
After leaving there, she worked for Lululemon for 5 years, where she was immersed in health and wellness culture and able to sharpen her coaching skills. After having a baby in 2014, she began dreaming about Cravewell and decided it was time to go out on her own. It was a big jump, and it has been one of the most rewarding choices she has ever made.
